TALISON GREENBUSHES PTY LTD
Processing
Crusher:
Constructed in 1992 and expanded in 2001 this plant crushes ore for the Tantalum Primary Processing Plant and Lithium Minerals Plant. Front end loaders feed mined ore into the plant where it is crushed in a primary jaw crusher, secondary cone crusher, tertiary cone crusher and quaternary cone crusher. The final product is then fed to the Primary Processing Plant by conveyor.
Tantalum Primary Processing Plant:
Constructed in 1992 and expanded in 2001 this plant uses screening, classification and gravity separation to liberate the valuable tin and tantalum minerals from the waste minerals. The plant produces around 35 tonnes of final product per day recovered from 10,500 tonnes of feed ore. Product is then transported in kibbles to the Secondary Processing Plant.
Tantalum Secondary Plant:
Secondary processing includes classification and screening of material, magnetic and electrostratic separation, roasting, smelting and product dispatch.
Lithium Minerals Plant:
This plant processes crushed spodumene ore to several final lithium minerals applications for different products
using crushing, screening, gravity separation, flotation and drying processes.
